Everybody: I am signing off, for now. As of this time I have taken a new role here at EMC, and that means that I am no longer in a position to post new material to this blog.
To anybody out there who might be considering writing a blog, or engaging an audience via social media, I have only one piece of advice: do it. Do it now. Speak up. Contribute. Don’t wait. Blogging has been a tremendous experience. I have learned a huge amount, reached dozens of interesting people I never would have in any other circumstance, and engaged with hundreds of people in a way that is simply not possible with any other medium. I would recommend it to anybody.
Remember: you can change the world.

Congrats on your new role, i hope it is in the direction you are wishing to take your career. I just recently started following you here, so I am sad to see it end so soon. Is there a reason that you can not continue to blog on this topic? is there anyone that is going to follow in your footsteps?

It's too bad we won't be able to continue hearing from you at this blog. I only hope this isn't a sign of deeper anti-blogging sentiment as reported elsewhere...
