Everybody: I am signing off, for now. As of this time I have taken a new role here at EMC, and that means that I am no longer in a position to post new material to this blog.
To anybody out there who might be considering writing a blog, or engaging an audience via social media, I have only one piece of advice: do it. Do it now. Speak up. Contribute. Don’t wait. Blogging has been a tremendous experience. I have learned a huge amount, reached dozens of interesting people I never would have in any other circumstance, and engaged with hundreds of people in a way that is simply not possible with any other medium. I would recommend it to anybody.
Remember: you can change the world.
